maybe.
Where is your buyers agent? they should have pulled the tax assessors records for you. This would have given you the correct square footage.
If you do not have a buyers agent, it is up to you to do your own due diligence. It clearly states at the bottom of each mls sheet to do your own research. If you do not have an agent, you are out of luck for not doing this. If you do, you MAY be able to get them to reimburse the deposit you will lose when you back out. After all you are losing it because they did not do their homework and protect you.

Interested in starting a web-site. Advice from experience preferably, but any help is welcome!?
Sorry about the length of this, and thanks for reading through it.
I've always entertained the idea of starting a web-site if the opportunity came around, and it finally has. Honestly, I'm not aiming for the site to be huge, and I don't intend to spend money on it for at least a year or two. I intend for it to start out as something simple, and for it to grow until it reaches the image I have-which is certainly not facebook or myspace huge.
The general plan for the site:
It isn't aimed at any one group in particular, but as I'm young, I suspect most people who visit will be around 11-17. I want to start it as a blog, which really wont have a particular subject, and posts would vary with some being more online-diary than others. It will be connected to my twitter as well.
From there I want it to grow, and over time I want to add live chat box, forums, music, polls etc. As it grows I'll start advertising (mostly things tied to the blog and forum). Also my that time I plan to have personal accounts as well, with some user-only features (like to post a thread or reply in forums, and polls. People will be able to comment on blog as guests.)
When my web-site is 'complete', it will also be my 'Official Site'. I'm a writer, and performing artist. The site will be split in two, with one main home page. The blog, chat box and forums etc, will be the first half, and the second half will be info on books/performances; pictures, video's and up-coming events. The second half will also have a microblog specific to my books/performances, and updated less than the main blog in part one. The official site half will be open to everyone, account or not, though I'm thinking of putting in a question box. If I do you would need an account to ask a question.
The only problem with this is, I'm not a computer geek. Although among my friends I'm an internet geek, I'm not a computer geek. I don't really know how to make a web-site, but have a lot of time to learn, and I pick up on that type of thing quick. Thats why I plan to start the site simple, and when I get to the point where I need to spend money on it I will start advertising and will also (hopefully) be getting money from a published book.
Can you give me a few tips and some advice? As well as explain how to start up, and I've heard of site-making-sites, and if you know any good ones which are free I'd be happy for a link. Also, if you have opinions on the site, any idea's or if you think I should change/avoid some of my own ideas, please tell :) Again sorry about the length, I didn't intend for it to be this long.
Thank you.T.x

Call the local television station and offer to appear at 6am on their morning show to talk about websites and the internet and hosting. Hardly anyone understands hosting. If they agree, you might get discovered. And they will ask you back in future shows to answer questions.

There is plenty of information on how to do this too, and I have tried plenty, but there is one place that I have set above others to help you. This will give you plenty of information to get you started in the right direction and help you get paid as quick as possible.

Hope this information puts you on the right path.

You run an employment agency? Really? You've got to be the worst recruiter I've ever seen.

The way employment agencies make money is to "beat the street". It's your job to call employers, make contact with HR departments, hiring managers, etc. YOU need to do the work. You don't even know what you're doing, and you're making the job seeker pay? That's criminal.

But here are some hints:

-People who hire babysitters are generally middle- and upper-class parents who want someone reliable to watch their child for a few hours. So you need to advertise and find such parents.

-Same with elder care. These are middle-aged adults with parents who need care.

-Security firms hire security guards. Do your research and find these companies.

You really don't know what you are doing, do you? RE: The guard position: They want a resume of a candidate, so they can see what kind of experience the candidate has. DUH! If you're hiring a security guard, you want someone reliable, honest, and most importantly, experienced!

My advice is to get out of that business before you get sued, or arrested. There are penalties for taking client money and not providing a service. It's called FRAUD, and not only are you a Fraud, you're guilty of committing fraud.

I have a unique idea for a new website. How much will it cost me to make it known?
can anyone estimate about what it would take for advertising costs to make the website known?

is there an online company that will do all this for me and if so what is the best and the best rate that they charge?

thanks in advance
oh yea, should i have a copyright on my idea before i present it to any marketing agencies? thanks

Stock investments; what am I getting into?
I'm considering starting to invest on discount brokers. They advertise "7$ a trade!" or "$4 a trade!" but if you dig deeper there are a lot of fees that confuse a new investor.

Account Transfer Fees
Wire Out Fees
Certificate Fee

Not only a lot of hidden, and unexplained fees, but they go into a deep amount of talk about "schedules" this and that, with a bunch of figures beginners just don't understand.

Commission Schedule
Rate Schedule
Rate Schedule - Margin Rates

Discount brokers advertise as if you could get online, pay a one time $4 fee to buy each stock, and start collecting checks. But could one do this? I'd like to get on and practice at it and see if I could make some money, with small figures. Will my interest cost me more than $4 a trade?
